Cancellation by Patobix Limited
If Patobix Limited is unable to provide a paid service for reasons within our control and no reasonable alternative can be agreed, the unused portion of the relevant service fee may be refunded where appropriate.
Project-specific cancellation and refund provisions contained in a signed agreement or accepted proposal take priority over this general policy.
